Water Heaters – Repairs & Replacement or Installation?
No hot water? Our water heater services include repair, installation and regular check-ups & flushing.
Here at Prince William Plumbing we offer several types of water heater units that include electric, natural gas, propane and tankless water heaters. Depending on your family needs, we will help you decide what heater is best.
We recommend State Select water heaters, as well as A.O. Smith and Bradford White. Our water heaters come with a 6 year warranty or 10 year warranty available upon request and a metal drain pan. Additional materials you may need are a new ball valve and expansion tank. Don’t worry we will also haul your old water heater away.
If you are looking for a gas tankless water heater we recommend either Rinnai or Navian. With these tankless water heaters we include full installation, up to 8’ of standard venting and valve kit.
Toilets – Repairs & Replacement or Installation?
Your first decision is do you want to repair your existing toilet or replace with a new one?
Our general toilet repairs:
Minor tank rebuild includes flapper, supply tube and fill valve.
Major tank rebuild includes flapper, supply tube, fill valve, flush valve, tank to bowl kit and toilet handle. This requires removing the tank from the bowl. (We will also clean between them)
For new toilet installations we recommend Toto, Kohler or American Standard depending on what you are looking for, one that cleans, the best flush or uses less water, comfort height, round or elongated. All toilets will come with new supply lines, wax ring, closet bolts, new toilet seat and we will caulk around the base. Your old toilet will be hauled away and buried in the graveyard.
Well Pumps & Well Tanks – Repairs & Replacement or Installation?
Currently have no water? Prince William Plumbing offers anything you will need from well pump replacement, new installs, well chlorination, well tank replacement and repairs.
Well pump replacement includes well pump, 12-2 submersible wire, wire guards, toque arrestor, all materials and labor to complete the job.
Well tank replacement includes well tank, tank tee package, relief valve, boiler drain, gauge, pressure switch, ball valve and all connections needed.
